It is very common for people to feel anxious from time to time. However, sometimes these feelings can become overwhelming and affect your everyday.
Anxiety can include feeling worried and having negative thoughts that you can’t seem to shift.
The following services offer support specifically for young people struggling with anxiety and obsessive thoughts.
If you are concerned about a friend who may be struggling, we would advise you talk to a trusted adult such as a parent or teacher.

Anxiety UK - Open 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday (except bank holidays). Our helpline volunteers provide friendly support and guidance on how to deal with anxiety and can discuss techniques for immediate short-term relief of anxiety symptoms through to helping you find the right path of action for more long-term support.

No Panic - if you are aged 18 years or younger and need help with anxiety, panic, phobias. obsessive compulsive related problems, then this helpline is for you.
