Contact Phone Numbers

Calling The Middlewood Partnership

When you phone any of our surgeries, your call goes into one shared queue. This means the first free Patient Services Advisor will answer you, no matter which site you call.

Call us if you need help, want advice, or need to book or change an appointment.

Call Recording

Please be aware that telephone calls made to the practice are recorded safety, training, and monitoring purposes.

Check and Cancel Feature

We also have a special phone line for quick checks and cancellations. This ‘Check and Cancel’ line helps keep the main line free for people who need medical help. The line is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Press ‘1’ when prompted if you want to cancel your appointment this way – you can see a video of how it works here.
