If you are struggling with your mental health, we are always happy to listen and offer support. However, there are some really useful groups that offer support specifically to young people with Mental health concerns. These vary from phonelines to text messaging services.

f you are concerned about a friend who may be struggling, we would advise you talk to a trusted adult such as a parent or teacher.

Childline - a free 24 hour helpline for children & young people. You can call about any problem, any time. Its confidential and you don't need to give your name if you don't want to.

Samaritans - Listening support for people who don't feel ok or have something troubling them. Also for people who are concerned about the wellbeing of someone else. They won't judge or tell you what to do.

Papyrus - Are you, or a young person you know, not coping with life? Papyrus offers confidential suicide prevention advice for children & young people 9am - midnight every day of the year..
