Online booking and consultations
You can use PATCHS to arrange both a traditional face to face or telephone appointment, and to consult with us online. Every PATCHS request is reviewed by a trained member of staff and clinician.

To ensure we’re able to respond to every request in a safe and timely manner, we need to ensure we’re not overwhelmed at peak times. Therefore, we have to occasionally limit the number of online requests we can safely deal with each day, dependent on the number of GPs we have available. This will mean PATCHS will occasionally not accept new requests.

When you have logged your request with us via, we will review your request and you will receive a response within two working days.

If PATCHS is not available, please phone us on the numbers above between 8:00am and 6:30pm.

It may also be worth taking a look at our Self care & support section – our GPs have put together lots of useful information about common ailments – it may be that you can find the information there to help yourself or a family member.
