From 6.30 pm on weekdays , on Bank Holidays and during the weekend the Out of Hours service should be contacted for any urgent health care problem, which can not safely wait until the surgery reopens.

Call 999 in an emergency if you need medical help FAST. For example, when someone’s life is at risk or someone is seriously injured or critically ill. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Enhanced Access Appointments

Alongside our general appointments, as a PCN, the practice offers Enhanced Access to our services outside usual working hours.

We offer appointments between 7:30am to 8:00am and 6:30pm to 8:00pm – Monday to Friday, at selected surgery sites. We also offer Enhanced Access appointments at Priorslegh Medical Centre 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. Please speak to one of our Patient Services Advisors to book in.

Please note that during Enhanced Access hours, the surgery is only open for pre-booked appointments; we are not open to PATCHS, for telephone queries, or walk-ins.

We are delighted to be back to seeing patients and offering some nursing services back at our Disley Site.  Thank you for your understanding with some of the necessary changes needed to be made over the start of the Pandemic.
