Menopause Symptoms Tracker

The Menopause support site – Rock My Menopause – has a useful symptoms tracker in the form of a menopause diary.

Visit the site to download a menopause diary and use it to keep track of any symptoms you experience. Just make a note of the relevant symptom’s number on the corresponding day. This will become a useful document for discussing your symptoms with your GP.

Is HRT always the answer?

Dr Sharon Wasson, GP at the Middlewood Partnership with a special interest in Women’s Health and the menopause has written some thoughts about HRT and the menopause.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

There is a lot of information available about the Menopause and HRT. It can seem daunting when trying to decide whether to go on HRT or not, and which formulation to try.

The Women’s Health Concern website is excellent; it has clear information discussing what is the menopause, how it might affect you, and what your options are.

HRT Questionnaire

It would be very helpful if you could complete a questionnaire before your appointment about HRT.

HRT Pre-Payment Certificate

If you pay for NHS prescribed HRT medicine 3 or more times in 12 months, a HRT PPC could save you money.
