The Middlewood Partnership is a merged Primary Care Network (PCN) consisting of four surgeries across Bollington, Disley and Poynton.
Premises Information
All of our surgeries have automatic front door access and ramps that are suitable for wheelchairs, and all of our receptions are equipped with hearing loops. For the safety of our patients and staff, CCTV is in operation within all Middlewood premises.
Dogs on site
We ask that no dogs, other than registered assistant dogs, are brought into the surgeries. All buildings and grounds operate a strict no smoking policy.
