Patients who are on repeat medication will often need to have a medication review. This is often once a year, but it can be more frequent depending on the type of medication. We will let you know about how often you need to have your medication reviewed on your repeat prescription slip.
To avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions, please contact us via a PATCHS admin request or by phone to make an appointment for this review when it is due. If we have not heard from you, then we will contact you to book an appropriate appointment.
