Important Notice – Incident at Priorslegh Medical Centre

As many of you will be aware, a serious incident occurred at Priorslegh Medical Centre on Wednesday 9th April, when a car accidentally struck the front of the surgery. We are extremely grateful that no one was seriously injured.

Our team responded swiftly and professionally, managing the situation while ensuring the surgery remained open. Thanks to their efforts, only a small number of appointments were rearranged, and within an hour emergency protocols were in place, allowing services to safely resume. We owe a huge thank you to all staff involved.

Unfortunately, the impact has caused structural damage to the surgery entrance and at least one consulting room. As a result, we are likely to experience some disruption over the coming weeks.

For now, the reception has been relocated to the old clinic reception area, which can be accessed via the side of the building, opposite the library. From there, you’ll be directed to the appropriate waiting area.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If possible, we encourage you to contact us via PATCHS or by telephone instead of attending in person for enquiries, this is to ease pressure on the temporary reception at our Priorslegh site.
