There is usually a short delay between ordering your medication and receiving it. This is due to the process of going through the safety checks within our Medicine Management Team, the prescription being signed and then the pharmacist finally dispensing it.
If this a true emergency and you need your medication urgently then please do contact us via PATCHS flagging which medication you need and why and we will do everything we can to organise the prescription on the same day. Please note that we can’t guarantee this.
If possible please order your medication with us giving as much time as possible to avoid this situation.
