How to Cancel an Appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.
You can cancel your appointment online using The NHS App if you are signed up to the service.
You can now cancel your appointment quickly over the phone without waiting in the queue.
When you call us, choose Option 1 to check or cancel an appointment.
You can follow the prompts, give your details, and your appointment will be cancelled straight away. This service is available 24 hours a day.
If you need to speak to a receptionist about your appointment you can press option 6 when prompted.
