The idea of this form is to allow anyone within the Middlewood team to ask any burning questions that they may have, to share any brilliant ideas to improve ways of working or tell us about anything that is bothering you.
You can fill this form out anonymously or leave your name, the forms will be directed to Jenny Coverley who will endeavor to respond privately if you leave you details or share in a more public way via newsletters/emails to all staff. Unfortunately, we will not be able to respond to questions of a personal nature or relating to individuals or any business sensitive information.
We hope this will be used as a great forum to share ideas and thoughts as to how we can work to become a more transparent organisation.
