Recall Care Coordinator

The role of Recall Care Coordinator is vital in helping patients to navigate the health and care system and manage their long-term conditions, ensuring that they are booked in for their reviews, routine tests and immunisations in a timely manner. Patients want consistency with whom they speak to and having a care coordinator involved can help with this. As a Recall Care Coordinator you will need to be an effective and efficient communicator to be able to undertake and prioritise a variety of administrative duties.
